Both teams are in league action this Sunday (21st October 2012) with away games against Seán Mac Cumhaills. This is the penultimate league game for the Seniors with a home tie against Naomh Bríd the other remaining fixture. Throw in times are as follows: Reserves @ 1:30 p.m. Seniors @ 3:00 p.m. The first of the child protection courses will take place on Friday 19th October at 7:15p.m. Please note that we are limited in terms of numbers for this first session, so if you are not contacted about this course do not worry you have not been forgotten. The children's officer has a list of all people who expressed an interest in doing this course and will make sure everyone is accommodated. Further courses are planned as soon as he can get tutors in place to deliver the courses. First-Aid and De-fib courses are our next step, anyone interested keep an eye out for notification here or in the club notes for details. We have 8 girls attending the U-13 Development squads, which are taking place over the next 5 Saturdays. The girls will be taking part in a Blitz in Cookstown on Saturday 17th of November. The Minor ladies will play Naomh Michael on Saturday 20th October (Venue TBC) at 12 noon in the county semi-final. Please note that no date has yet been fixed for the U-16's final as their is an objection and appeal taking place. The next 100 Plus Club draw will be held on 31st October. The reserve team were defeated by Termon in the Banks yesterday evening (13/10/12) which means that they will progress no further in the Intermediate Reserve Championship.
The reserve team will play the home leg of the Intermediate championship against Termon this Saturday. Throw in is at 5 O' Clock in the Banks. The County U-13 development training starts this Saturday (13/10/12). Atext message will be sent to the parents of the girls concerned, so they can make arrangements for the girls to get to the training. Go raibh maith agaibh.
