Naomh Columba take the win in the Banks- The final minor league game of the season saw a somewhat surprise victory for a dogged visiting Naomh Columba this evening. Having been unbeaten up to last Wednesday night- our young Minors found it difficult to pull back against a strong Naomh Columba who were full value for the win. Although our Minors will be gutted this evening - much more is learned in defeat than by winning at this level and with the Championship still to come ...these young lads have shown in the past that they rebound well and no doubt they will get down to serious training for the opening match against Naomh Conaill. This is a good group of lads and they will respond once the wounds are licked.
