The final league game in division two was played yesterday (03/11/12) with Cloich Cheann Fhaola and Naomh Bríd playing out a draw in Falcarragh. This result means that Cloich Cheann Fhaola are safe by a single point and Naomh Bríd are automatically relegated to Division 3.
This also means that the playoffs are now straight forward. Naomh Muire will now play Fanad Gaels to see who remains in Division 2 and to see who goes down. Naomh Muire will have home advantage in this game due to their better league position. This game is provisionally fixed for next Sunday (11/11/12) in the Banks (time to be confirmed).
At the other end of the table, Malin are automatically promoted while Killybegs and Bundoran will play off for the second promotion place.
