Stair Naomh Muire

1980 club started with first game in Div 4 which was away to Ballintra (Now Naomh Brid) with the first home game against Fintown in the Banks. Paddy Phaili Gallagher was to be the first manager but although elected he stood down well before the first game. Eugene Greene Loughanure became the first manager and managed us for at least 4 years. Peadar Phat O Donnell and Tony Doherty acted as Managers before Jimmy Doherty took over around 1986 and managed up to 1991. Patrick Mc Ginley then managed and Tom McDonald and Patrick were joint managers when they won Intermediate in 1994.

The first silverware was actually a Feile Cnoc Fola 7-a side tournament in Glasherchoo where we beat a Cloich Cheann Fhaola first team in the final 1988/9
