This Friday night the minors make the trip to Bundoran for their 2nd league game of the season. Bring shorts, socks and gloves. The game throws in at 7pm.
The under 14 boys will travel to Gaothdobhair this Saturday for their re-arranged friendly. The game throws-in at 5pm and will take place in Gaothdobhair. The bus will leave the car park at 4.15pm. Bring shorts, socks and gloves. The under 12s will travel to Glenties on Monday evening next for a Go Games blitz. they will compete against Naomh Conaill, Ardara and Na Rossa. the bus will leave the car park at 4.30pm. All players should bring shorts, socks and gloves. The simmer league has been delayed by a week as the pitch under-goes some work. It will now start on Friday 4th May from 5.30pm - 6.30pm at the banks and will run every Friday. Teams will be posted on the website at the beginning of next week. Keep a look out to see what team you will be on this year. Training for under 8s and under 10s continues on Saturday morning at the banks from 10am - 11am.

The under 16 boys will have training on Monday from 7pm - 8pm and on Thursday from 6pm - 7pm. The minors will have training on Tuesday evening from 6pm - 7pm with a game against Bundoran on Friday evening. Naomh Mhuire Under 8s A great training session from the under 8s this morning at the banks with 38 players in attendance for the session and great to see loads of coaches there to help them take their first steps into gaelic football. Training continues every Saturday morning from 10am - 11am and everyone is welcome. It wont be long now until they have their 1st game of the year. Naomh Mhuire Under 10s Naomh Mhuire under 10s travelled to Glenties to take on Naomh Conaill in a return challenge game after Naomh Conaill travelled to the banks on Easter Monday. Naomh Conaill and Naomh Mhuire both had 3 teams on the day with every player getting football and plenty of game time to improve their skills. Really good performances from all 3 teams on the day. Well done to all involved and thanks to Naomh Conaill for their hospitality. Naomh Mhuire Under 12s Naomh Mhuire under 12s travelled to Ardara this morning to take part in the Go Games blitz against Ardara, Killybegs and Dungloe. Naomh Mhuire had 2 teams in action on the day with each team playing 3 games each and all players getting plenty of football. All 6 games were closely fought affairs with some great games taking place between the teams. Credit to all teams for the high standard of football on view. Well done to all involved and to our hosts Ardara. Their was 94 children in total from our area involved in these 3 age groups alone this morning. Thanks to the parents for their continued support and to all the coaches involved on the day. Our coaches and children need the continued support from the community with the work they are doing. Naomh Mhuire believe that if we support and put 100 per cent effort and time into the youth of our area, we will get the best out of them moving into the future. Maith sibh uilig. The under 12 blitz due to take place on Monday will now take place on Saturday morning. The games begin at 11am and the bus will leave the car park at 9.30 am. Please bring socks, shorts and gloves.
The minors suffered defeat at the hands of St.Johns on Thursday last on a score-line of 1-03 - 0-07. Naomh Mhuire led with a few minutes left by a point and looked like pulling a result out of the fire after being under huge pressure for the majority of the 2nd half, however St.Johns finished with 2 frees to win by the minimum. The minors next game is away to Bundoran on Friday week.
The under 14 boys will play GaothDobhair in a challenge this saturday at 5 pm in GaothDobhair. The bus will leave Annagry car park at 4pm. The under 12 boys took part in their 1st Go Games blitz of the year in Dooey on Monday night last. The competition was against Ardara, Kilcar and Na Rossa. Both teams won all their games on the night with good team performances from the two teams. Next Monday they travel to Ardara where they will compete against Ardara, Dungloe and Naomh Conaill. The under 10s will travel to Glenties this Saturday to play Naomh Conaill in a challenge starting at 11am. The bus will leave the banks at 10am. Players should bring their socks and shorts. The under 16 boys have finished their league campaign and they now turn their attention to the championship which takes place on Monday 25th June and Monday 2nd July over 2 legs. Keep training boys. The summer league will start on Friday 27th April at 5.30pm in the banks and continue every Friday for 7/8 weeks. Teams will be posted on the website next week. The minors will begin their division 1 league campaign when they entertain St.Johns ( Killybegs and Naomh Ultan) in the banks this Thursday evening at 5.45pm.
The under 16s will finish their league campaign with a home game against Dungloe on Easter Monday evening. The game will throw-in at 7pm at the banks.
Training continues in the banks this Saturday morning from 10am-11am for all under 8s and under 10s. Training is from 11am-12pm for all under 12s.
The under 12s had 2 good challenge games against GaothDobhair on Monday evening last with good displays from both teams. The under 16 boys will continue their league with a home game against Aodh Ruadh in the banks this Wednesday evening. Throw-in is at 7pm. They are also at home to Dungloe on Easter Monday with the game also throwing-in at 7pm. The under 14s competed in the feile finals in Glenties on Saturday last and were defeated by eventual winners Aodh Ruadh in the semi-final. Missing 5 players the boys showed they are not far away and will be looking forward to the league which starts in May. Training for under 14 boys will be in the banks this Friday evening at 6.30pm. The under 15 boys will play in the Gaeltacht against Dungloe this Saturday evening at 6pm in Dungloe. The bus will leave Annagry car park at 5pm. Registration is now due for any players under 18 who have still not got registered. It is important that all players are registered for the season ahead. All minor players are asked to be in the banks for 4.15pm on Friday. The Bord na nOg will be running an easter coaching week in the banks. The camp will run from Tuesday 10th - Friday 13th April. The camp will begin at 12pm daily and run for 3 hours until 3pm. Registration will take place from 11.30am on Tuesday morning at the clubhouse. The camp is open for boys and girls aged 5-13.
