Naomh Muire Ladies will hold their AGM this Sunday (13/01/13) at 4:00pm. This is a very important meeting. With the high involvement of girls from U-12/14/16/18 and adults in the club, we find we are short in help with most teams as we are working of a skeleton crew of coaches and helpers.
We are in urgent need for more people to help out with all aspects of our club. Please come along and offer your assistance in any way you can to further Develop our club and to assist in further success for our girls! Under age presentations took place on Friday 7th December in the Clubhouse. Certificates were presented to U-12 and U-13 girls who played in the U-12 blitzs and U-13 league and to the girls who took part in the U-12 and U-13 Donegal Development Camps.

Players are asked to be there early and togged to start on time.
The Ladies board are holding a social evening at the Viking House Hotel from 9pm Friday 7th December with Music Tapas and Craic. The cost is €15 per person and we are inviting all committee members of Naomh Muire as well as all supporters and everyone who helped us to make 2012 a successful year.
We are asking for all interested to confirm that they are attending by 5th December and by texting their name and number by text to the ladies club phone. The number is 087 954 0756. The club presentation night will take place at the clubhouse at 6pm sharp Friday 7th December we have arranged some food to be served to the players/members and initialled hoodies will be presented to the u16’s and trophies to selected parties from all other teams.
Indoor training for Peil na mBan girls is taking place in Áislann, Rann na Feirste @ 7pm each Wednesday.
Peil na mBan annual 5k shore challenge takes place on Boxing day again this year. The challenges we are setting for participants this year are: Runners For the runners we are setting out a fine coastal cross country route where you can push it to the max for your best time over 5K! Joggers For the Jogger we challenge you to better your times over the course! Serious Walkers For the serious walkers we challenge you to examine the possibilities that you may be able to jog the course and be ready to challenge the runners this time next year! Children For the children we challenge you to get everyone in your families to take part and have a great family day where everyone can take part and have fun! Others For the People out for a Dander, what better way to burn off the turkey than a nice dander over the very best of our coastal scenery of Dunes and beach! Our U-13 Girls travelled with the Donegal Development Squad today to the Ulster Blitz in Cookstown. 114 girls from Donegal took part today. 570 Girls from 9 counties of Ulster playing games at one venue. Our girls were part of the Southern board team, which had a panel 39 Girls. 5 Games were played in our section and they were victorious in all 5, defeating Antrim A+B, Fermanagh A+B and Armagh A. All players got playing in the games. Well done, Ailbhe O'Donnell, Sadhbha Ní Bhaoill, Kathlyn McGarvey, Laragh Boyle, Cora Doherty, Amy Hanna and Bridget McDyer who are a credit to the club and their familys. Trials Trials start this weekend for the Donegal U14 Squad, so hopefully we can have a good representaion on the 2013 Donegal team. Trials are on
