Healthy Living Programme - Sports Therapist Talk (08/02/2012)

Healthy Living programme 2012 continues on Wednesday Night at the Clubhouse at 7pm.
This week Sports Therapist Nicole Logan, who has moved to the area, has been invited to do a short talk on exercise and she will carry out a 30 minute exercise routine.
Anyone and everyone can join this group at any time. Attendance has been really good with male and females joining in equal numbers. Initial registration is €10 with €5 nightly afterwards. Some use the group to push weight loss and others just to get into shape. Feel free to join at any time.
