 There will be an important finance meeting in the Clubhouse this Monday Night (12/03/12) at 8pm. The meeting is in relation to support of both the upcoming development works as well as other Club needs. Shaun Rodgers of the Ladies board has done some very good work on a 100plus club proposal and there are some interesting proposals re a Club Naomh Muire as well. There is a programme of events planner to be discussed and any other ideas that come up. The request is for all club members to attend as it has been agreed that fundraising in 2012 is important to both support development and club activities as well as reducing the need for borrowing. The Senior team are in Division two and therefore playing Senior clubs and coaching at under-age level continues to gather pace....they need our support financially. Fundraising has started off much better this year than last year and in particular the Ladies board have shown a very positive attitude. The upcoming Jigs and Reels will be a boost to the funds needed but its important to push on with the other major events and not just concentrate on this.
