Intermediate Reserve Championship: Naomh Muire 0-04 Carndonagh 1-12

The reserves exited the Intermediate championship this afternoon at the hands of Carndonagh. Played in Clonmany at the home ground of Urris GAA club on a tight narrow field the young reserve team were no match for a strong and physical Carndonagh side. Although Cardonagh enjoyed a lot pf possession in the first half through their abailty to win a large percentage of the breaking ball around the middle the teams went in at half time only seperated by two points. The second half proved a different story with Carndonagh scoring an early goal and pushing on from their to finish the game strongly and advance to the semi-finals.
