Another great win in Div 2 for our Seniors today at the Banks. Leading by three points at the break although having played with a strong breeze, the lads were under pressure in the 2nd half until a Shaun the Yank Goal kept them ahead. Mc Cumhaills playing the better football of the second half edged their way back to draw level with 4 minutes remaining. As another Naomh Muire attack broke upfield, captain Owenie Mc Garvey took on the responsibility and hit a magical 30 metre point against the breeze to secure an important home win.
